By downloading, installing, or using the Catalogger mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of Service

Catalogger allows you to create, manage, and share digital product catalogs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product information, images, and business details you upload.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including product images, descriptions, and business information. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the App services.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to upload illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content. You may not attempt to interfere with the App's security, performance, or other users' accounts.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are handled through platform billing. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geocommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
