We collect information you provide directly to us, including your business name, contact details, and product information used to create catalogs. We also collect basic usage data to improve the app experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and provide the Catalogger service, generate your product catalogs, enable sharing features, and send you service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your business profile, products, categories, and collections are stored securely on our servers so you can access them across devices. Product photos and catalog PDFs are created and stored locally on your device by default and are never uploaded to our servers. If you are on a Pro plan and choose to enable automatic backup, an encrypted backup file containing your data and embedded product images is saved to your device and can be stored in the cloud location of your choice (such as Google Drive or iCloud Drive). We retain your server-stored data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Camera & Photo Library

Catalogger requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to add product photos to your catalog. Photos you select or capture are kept on your device and are not uploaded to us. If you export a backup or share a catalog, those images are included only in the files you explicitly create and share.

Sharing

Catalogs are only shared when you explicitly choose to share them (e.g., via WhatsApp or a link). We do not share your products or business information with any third party without your consent.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@geocommerce.in. You may also delete your account and associated data from within the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Catalogger after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
