Delete your account from within the app

Open Catalogger, go to your account settings, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and its data are deleted right away and you are signed out.

If you have uninstalled the app

If you can no longer open Catalogger, email info@geocommerce.in from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your business profile; all of your products, categories, collections, and product groups; all product images held with your catalogue; and your login identity, including every sign-in method and active session. This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

Anonymised usage and diagnostic records are retained with your account identifier removed, so they are no longer linked to you and are used only for aggregate analysis. Product photos saved on your device are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded to us; they remain on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
